Tobias is the founder of Renesource, Inc. and is the cornerstone of the company.
Tobias has been Owner’s Engineer for an estimated 40% of the Solar Plants installed in the Philippines. He also has been Project Manager, Owner’s Engineer, Construction Manager and Lead Engineer for Large Scale Solar Power Projects in Germany, Dubai, Vietnam & many other jurisdictions.
With over 15 years in the Solar Industry, Tobias brings a wealth of global experience to Renesource in many capacities and is poised to lead us on our continued growth path.
Tim Wilkinson
Chief Executive Officer
With over 10 years of experience in Technical Sales of Industrial Measurement & Controls Equipment for Industrial Factory Automation, Tim brings a deep understanding of an applications focused technical sales process.
With his background in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, he has a working knowledge of the Physical & Electrical principles utilized in the Design, Construction & Maintenance of Solar Power Plants.
Tim handles all of the client relations for new & existing projects, ensuring that every client receives the attention they deserve. He also leads the business development efforts of Renesource, as we continue to expand our team to meet the ever growing demands in the Philippines energy market.

Kristin Ramos
PRESIDENT
Kristin is responsible for overseeing operational activities and setting strategic goals. She is responsible for overseeing and managing Renesource’s day to day operations necessary for business success and growth. Her responsibilities also include monitoring expense control, staff management, in-house production as well as evaluate how the business operates. She is in charge of implementation of business guidelines and strategies working with department heads to ensure our company has the best working environment, processes and is running smoothly.
Rachelle Marmito
Treasury Secretary
Rachel is our passionate and dedicated Treasury Secretary at Renesource, with over 20 years experience in corporate accounting.
Rachel is also the lead of the administrative team at Renesource. In addition to controlling budgets, providing accounting support & tracking logistics, she keeps the company organized and running efficiently.
Ricardo Apsay
Project Engineer
With over 12 years of experience, Ricardo is a capable Project Engineer with a wealth of experience in Agriculture, Industrial Manufacturing & Construction,
Ricardo is particularly adept at performing internal quality audits (IQA) at project site and adhere to work flow and ensuring safety procedures are being followed. His attention to detail makes him a valuable member of our performance testing & commissioning of electrical systems.
